Claudia's Idea #2:
As working students, many of us are unable to make it into our professors' office hours. That said, we should have the opportunity to be able to contact teachers through Instant Messaging. We could also use the feature when working in groups or if anyone is having technical issues, like we've had in this class. We can post a time when the Instant Messaging would begin.
*This feature could go in just about any of the topics. A live chat box can connect people quicker than by e-mail. Ideas for projects, events, or quick help with homework can be communicated and resolved instantaneous. (Caleb)
